I contacted the service, spoke to on call GP who was fantastic, listened, gave options for me to choose from and came out to assess in the early hours of the morning. He even left and came back with the antibiotics needed. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Initial call handler did not seem to have any health care training but transferred me to GP when they realised that the patient was complex

Contacted regularly on a busy Friday night. When I couldn’t get to the a&e I was contacted by an out of hours doctor and given a prescription.

Nothing that being better staffed couldn’t solve. Everyone I spoke to was efficient, caring and pro active

My daughet was unwell. I phoned 111 and a GP phoned me soon after. My daughter had 39.6 temperature and I was really worried. The GP told me to take my daugher to the hospital and when we arrived he was already waiting for us. He visited my daughter and also provided us with the medication. He explained that she has tonsillitis and also spent time explaining things to my 11 years old daughter. Amazing service offered please keep it up.
